I need to quit

I really do. I realize its bad but I still do it. Friday was really a big realize day for me. I realized that this shit fucks people up. Fuck man, its bad, I need to quit. At this point im done with it, I see people at school doing it but 10x's worse. I don't wanna get fucked up on this shit, everytime I feel guilty and yea. Im an open person, and I am done with doing it. I need to stay committed.
